Terms
Last updated: October 2026
These short terms explain how Seikumi works with clients. Each client also signs a written service agreement, which takes priority if anything differs.
Who we are
Seikumi is a Singapore business (UEN 53533716K). Contact: hello@seikumi.com.
What we do
- Essentials (from S$150/month): invoice reminders prepared each morning as ready-to-send drafts in your own email account, which you review and send, a weekly overdue report and a monthly summary.
- Managed (S$300–600/month, based on open invoices: up to 30 = S$300, 31–80 = S$450, 81–150 = S$600, above 150 = custom quote): everything in Essentials, plus draft answers to routine customer replies for you to send, and a weekly call list and call script, using wording you approve, so you or your staff can make follow-up calls. We do not call your customers ourselves.
Not a debt collection agency. Seikumi prepares polite invoice reminders for you to send to your customers, in your name. We never send them for you. We never take payments, contact third parties, threaten, or take legal action. Those steps stay with you and your lawyers. Disputed invoices, invoices in court proceedings and sensitive matters are stopped and passed back to you.
Founding-client offer
Founding clients get their first month free on either plan, starting from go-live (when reminders start sending). Billing starts from the second month at the agreed plan price. Prices exclude third-party costs such as a paid email account.
Your part
- You confirm you are allowed to contact your customers about money they owe you.
- You approve all message wording before anything is sent, and keep paid invoices marked as paid.
- You give written consent before we load real data and before daily drafts start.
Cancelling
Plans are month to month. Tell us before your next billing date and we'll stop reminders, disconnect from your email and hand back or delete your data within 30 days.
Liability
We work carefully but cannot guarantee that any customer will pay. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the previous three months, as set out in the service agreement.
